The Fuel Bar is a must-visit every time I’m in Midland! The owner and staff are incredibly friendly and professional, and the menu is outstanding—their smoothies have infinitely more flavor than any big chain in town. I frequently call ahead for large client orders of 12+ acai bowls, and they handle them effortlessly. Even when I arrive early, everything is freshly prepared, delicious, and conveniently packed for travel. A truly well-oiled machine. I only wish I could find a spot like this closer to home!

Ordered a large pearls bowl and a wrap. Wrap was good as always but the smoothie bowl didnt have the normal toppings on the bottom like it usually did. When I asked about if they changed the smoothie bowl they said they had not and apologized for accidentally leaving that off. I remade the smoothie bowl without hesitation. Shows that the staff have been trained to care about customer satisfaction. Definitely coming back here again!!

This place has some great fresh options but there is a missed opportunity in the hot drink menu. Fresh brewed coffees, lattes, or even some unique hot drinks like matcha, beetroot or turmeric lattes would make me a daily return 'breakfast' customer.

Choosing healthy options is very limited in this day of the world. But this place hit the spot. The acai Annie's bowl was amazing. Much better than the chained one like tropical smoothie. The almond butter was excellent and you can definitely taste the freshness. I also got the burrito bowl, but unfortunately I can't give this much praise. The salsa is extremely mild but fresh. The seasoning was basically absent. Just relying on the the ingredients. The bowl is pre-made and sits in heating container until served. Wish it was also made to order.

I got an açaí bowl there this morning. I think it was the “Annie’s Bowl” (add blueberries). It was really good tasting and was made to look pretty. I’m glad a found a spot on the south side of town to get a bowl. Inside area was nice and had plenty of seating although I got mine to-go. The lady that took my order and checked me out and another lady who answered a question were both super friendly. I’ll be coming back to the Fuel Bar for sure.

Food we had was great. Acai bowls were fantastic, and the egg and sausage bowl was just eggs. Not much you can do to elevate that. Bulletproof coffee was good too. The staff was polite, but my glaring issue was waiting 40 minutes for what's essentially blended up fruit. Place was not busy. I also wasn't a fan of getting served our food in plastic bowls with plastic silverware when we dined in.
